“After 30 years in and around the firearms industry, as well as many years of running the Tetra business, I am very glad to be given the opportunity to continue on as the new owner,” said Greg Cohen, President. “Many have been anxious to get restocked, and that’s great, but we are thinking more about the plans that we have to drive this business forward.”

Tetra Gun includes such recognized trademarked sub-brands such as Prosmith, ValuPro III, Action Blaster and Triple Action.

The Tetra Gun care website is back up after being down for months as the company completed its transition to new ownership as part of Engineered Materials Inc., and moving its global distribution center to Statesville, NC.
